I visited the Synergy practice in Blackpool to have my composite bonding on my top teeth yesterday. The outcome was brilliant, massive difference to my appearance and I can smile in confidence now. ’ve had a terrible experience with Swan Lane Dental Practice in Bolton. The Practice Manager Natalie Croston was extremely unprofessional and rude, threatening to deregister me simply because I mentioned I would raise my concerns with the CQC. This is baffling, as I have every right to escalate issues if needed. I even asked for permission to record the call, which I did, and the level of unprofessionalism was shocking. I later spoke to the Area Manager, who was helpful and assured me she would address the matter with the Practice Manager and arrange an appointment for me. However, a few days later, I was informed that the same Practice Manager, who also oversees Little Lever Dental Practice, had refused to allow me to be seen at either clinic. This was despite the fact I had not been rude, threatening, or inappropriate in any way. It’s ridiculous, as I would be seeing a clinician, not the Practice Manager, for my dental care. The Area Manager kindly arranged for me to be seen at the PR7 clinic, but that’s an hour’s drive away—not ideal at all. I’ve been with Synergy Dental since I was a child, so it’s a shame that it’s come to this. Their service is appalling, especially if you struggle with mental health—rather than supporting you, they just make things worse. What a way to end the year! I would absolutely not recommend this practice to anyone.

I went for an appointment due to toothache. Asma was kind and empathetic. She discussed options for treatment with me and was very reassuring. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Thank you

The dentist and dental nurse were very caring and put me at ease throughout the entire procedure. They were efficient and worked well as a team. The information given to me by the dentist with regards to aftercare was very thorough. I am extremely impressed by the service provided!
