I was referred by my regular dentist for a wisdom tooth extraction and having been given an initial appointment it was then cancelled for a new date. ONE HOUR before the rearranged appointment, they phone me to say the surgeon cannot perform the procedure because he's just looked at the X-ray and my tooth is too close to the nerve. They've had 5 weeks to look at the X-ray but decide to look at it just before i set off. Pathetic!

I have always had a fear of dentists until I visited Synergy in Addlington, Dr Sana and Kelly put my mind at rest and were very reassuring from start to finish, I can now smile again thanks to Dr Sana & Kelly, and I would highly recommend them.

The staff are all welcoming and friendly, it is a calming environment in the waiting room. The staff made me feel at ease the whole time. I felt no pain during my surgery, they were considerate of my difficulties and needs.

I honestly couldn’t recommend the team at Synergy Dental enough! The care that Dr Sana, Kelly and Dan gave me was second to none. They went out of their way to make me completely comfortable during my appointments, all different options were thoroughly explained, with an honest opinion of what they felt was right for me to get the best outcome. They have given me my confidence back and I couldn’t be more thankful to them!

Dr Mo, was very honest and helpful as to what I could achieve with my requests for white teeth, with my existing teeth condition and age and natural colouring! I didn't want Katie Price effect. !! He was also very calming and reassuring as I was very nervous.
