From perfect to poor in just 2 days.

First, I’ll start with sharing my positive experience and then why I wouldn’t recommend them. My first appointment was a check up & the receptionist was amazing, even when I write my negative experience; she doesn’t come into this. She knows exactly how to make you feel welcome and comfortable! I went into the dentists room and he seemed really nice & made my anxiety settled. I sat in chair and he went over why I was there and made a treatment plan. He was so nice and friendly which is why it’s shocked me so much the second time I went but I think it’s because he knew he had my money at that point, he won me over and got the sale that he needed. So now he didn’t need to be friendly or over the top with me. I came for my treatment and when I came into the room he was so deflated & past it. We all have bad days but I work in customer service and you have to put on that smiley face. Then, a dental nurse came in and she was in the same mood and just blanked me. I sat back into the chair and the treatment began Now, I had to wear a device that kept my mouth open. The dentist said something I missed and asked what he said as I didn’t hear him and he let out a deep breath- the dental nurse laughed as he got a huge chunk of Vaseline and put it around the device and my lips which I think he asked me to do it. I was so embarrassed; it was everywhere and dripping down the side of my mouth and was rolling into my hair. I had my eyes closed when he was doing the work on me as I’m scared of the dentist and all I kept hearing was the dental nurse giggling over and over and then would “cough” to hide the laugh…very well hidden lass..I had no idea that you were laughing at something to do with me 😒 Once they had the sale; they gave up their friendly happy demeanour and just changed for me and my experience. The work done isn’t good either, I’m now left with something I paid hundreds for to make my feel and look better but he’s made it worse. This was a learning experience for me and to only go to places that come heavily recommended by friends as i was told to away from synergy as a whole an avoid franchises.

EQUALITY ACT 2010

EQUALITY ACT 2010 MIGHT WANT TO READ IT. I informed clinic of my disabilities MONTHS & TWO DAY PRIOR TO OUR FIRST APPOINTMENT. I was ensured my needs would be met prior to our first appointment. THEY DEAL WITH PEOPLE Like me ALL THE TIME?! I was informed But the dentist knew absolutely nothing. And didnt take steps to ensure i was ok. And my children left the room prior to my check up. I walked out. Waiting 35 minutes over appointment time wasn't great either. All i could hear was THE DRILL. A quiet radio was put on I Sent feedback, same evening . Yet, ive Been waiting two weeks; come this thursday. (16th) For the bury manager or synergy to contact me back. Wrong e mail given. Been messed about. I need to move forward. Im in Daily pain for YEARS now due to previous nhs failings If this is not sorted out asap. i will highlight the EQUALITY ACT OF 2010. REASONABLE ADJUSTMENTS & make a formal complaint. Not just feedback next time.

New patient

Recently joined the dental group. Given up waiting for a nhs dentist and paid to go private and the cost for the examination isn’t much difference than the nhs cost so I would recommend for you to go. Treatment plan needed following this but everything made clear of what was needed and the cost. Very happy with the service and friendliness of everyone thank you.

Adam always explains the treatment he recommends and gives you the opportunity to question anything that you are not sure about. His team are a credit to the dental profession and have the ability to give you the confidence to put your faith in their hands.

Firstly the appointments are punctual

Firstly the appointments are punctual. The dental work was carried to a high standard with care and professionalism. The atmosphere during treatment was calm and informal. I always felt relaxed in Asma's care. Her dental assistant was very competent too.
