Great experience. Love my 4th frontier.

Great device for ECG, but pretty much useless as a BTE connection to external devices for HR monitoring/readouts. Not precise enough nor frequent enough updates (1 sec update sporadic at best). I always wear a secondary HR monitor to link to Garmin device and/or peloton bike.

Real good. The phone app still has some issues when I put in my height 5’7 it saves it at 6’6 not sure why. Also the heart strain does not show reading when using the app during exercise.

Great product - very accurate. Extremely happy with the reassurance it gives me. To see my fitness improve is very satisfying.

I love the device and so appreciate the information. IN fact, I need it. But I find the device too unreliable to use. I run daily and need to have a heart rate monitor. My battery is always dead and even after leaving it charged and plugged in, most of the time, I can’t get it to start. I reboot it and do what I think needs to be done, but it still doesn’t work. Often it cuts out in the middle of my run and is dead. :-( however, the customer service has been repeatedly outstanding

After a small malfunction in the beginning - which your tech team fixed - it has worked perfectly over almost 200 sessions over the last 7 months. I use it as a monitor for longer, more intensive aerobic endurance sessions.I highly recommend it for those who care about vitals when exercising for safety and track changes over successive workouts.

A dedicated service, with regular emails updating and requesting information when the device was unused. Appropriate and supportive, and the information derived sent to my consultant at regular intervals.

It has everything anyone needs. It is practical and reliable. I am using it as a training monitor and as a health monitor. I have tried so many from galaxy, Huawei, tag heuer watches and i own 3rd generation Oura ring. All not even close.
