Samsung watch Integration

So far, the experience has been very good. However, I have one request. Integration is required for the Samsung Health app and Samsung watch. We don't need to carry a bulky phone if we have the app on the Samsung watch.

The Fourth Frontier X2 is an incredible piece of kit. I've been seriously impressed with the quality of the data, as has my cardiologist who is happy to use it for diagnostics & monitoring. The customer support from the team has been second to none with any questions or issues addressed very quickly and in a personal manner. The monitor itself is really comfortable to wear and nowhere near as big as I had expected it to be (it's not much bigger than a standard chest Wahoo or Garmin monitor). Overall I think this is a great piece of kit looking for a deeper look at heart health. To get the most out of it you do need to have an understanding of ECG's or someone to interpret it, but definitely worth it.

This is a great device. Links easily to my Garmin. It’s been very reliable, but I had a minor issue lately and found the customer support was very engaging with a very prompt reply.

Unique functionality and great product and support

Honestly the frontier x2 is a great product. It just does something no other product out there can do (continuous ecg), and imo only for that it’s worth it. But also the product is easy to use (I linked it to a wahoo element bolt zero issues), the app is good, and the support is amazing (they even offer me some beta tools they are developing now). All in all for anybody interested on more data about the heart this is a must have, I wish I found about it before.

I highly recommend doing a virtual meeting if you are considering purchasing. It was extremely informative. I am a Sports Medicine Physician who is also a competitive rower/runner with heart issues. This is a highly unique ECG monitoring device. ECG recording while exercising is not normally possible except in a lab. This is an amazing breakthrough in wearable technology. I am really looking forward to receiving my Frontier X2. They also have a sports bra so the difficulty of wearing a chest strap plus a sports bra is alleviated. Amazing!!

I have only just received my Fourth Frontier Monitor and am trying to use it properly to ensure I get accurate results. I had a query and decided to contact Customer Service and was very pleased to get a quick response which is very important to a first time user. The knowledgeable response to my question, answered by Customer Services agent Poonam, was written in a simple and understanding way and which provided me an easy to understand solution. Great product and great service

Very quick from order to receipt, very easy to get started and it links well with my Garmin (which other sensors have not). Battery life is great and it is really useful to see the percentage battery level on the display. I also like the fact that you can email directly to real people and you get quick responses!
