Great shirts at fair price. I firmly believe with H&H you get what you pay for. I have been buying shirts from them for almost 10 years and believe they are right at the perfect quality to price point. Excellent detailing and in slim fit a good fit for me. My only gripe is that their website does not keep up with stock levels a several times over the years I have order items online to later be told they are not available. Most recently I was also charged for an unavailable item and only when I queried why it had not been delivered with a large order was I refunded. Old world charm is all well and good but a better grip of the order process would be appreciated.

Purchased jacket on line and collected from Jermyn St. Process was painless. Staff in Jermyn St were delightful. Jacket is very good value.

Besides being excellent, the staff is really nice to you, when you screw up an order. They have the fastest delivery service to the USA and wonderful people to speak with on the telephone. Now, do not get me started on their shirts!
