Experienced, empathetic staff Beautiful grounds

Lovely site, very helpful and lovely staff.

All staff were courteous, understanding and helpful. We have a large number of quite young grandchildren, all of whom were upset and confused by their lively grandfather’s sudden death. The fact that they were able to ride on the buggy really helped to lighten the occasion - as did all the space, trees and wildlife around.

They were very helpful and comforting at our time of loss. We had a prepaid plot and funeral plan. However the plaque took 4 months to arrive, I had chased it up ,despite being paid for, after 8 weeks following the burial, so a bit disappointing in that respect, I think it was forgotten.
