The two chaps from TD Removals couldn't have been more helpful and efficient. They arrived on time and just got on with the job. They had to be stopped for tea and coffee. They worked their socks off and were very helpful, courteous and polite. House moving is always stressful but from the moment I made the initial enquiry to Tracy, I felt that we were in safe hands. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend TD Removals to anyone. It's almost worth moving house just to have them do it for you!

TD Removals were absolutely amazing from start to finish. I was really last minute with booking removals and had no idea where to start. I found TD removals online and within minutes of my initial enquiry, Tracy had already emailed me back (outside of office hours too!) It was really easy to get a quote and I had my date secured within the hour. Access into my new property was a nightmare being a second floor maisonette, which is why I opted for a removals company. The guys turned up at 8am on removal day, we had 2 sites for collection before we drove over to the new place to get everything in. All of the guys were so friendly and got straight to work. They took so much care removing everything. After everything had been collected from both sites we drove over to the new place. I had been stressing about how I was going to get the furniture up and down all of the stairs for months and the guys made it look so easy! All of my furniture was in my house and they had even plumbed in my washing machine for me, all by 10:30am. The whole thing took 2.5 hours including driving and collecting from 2 sites and a 20min drive to the new house!! I was amazed by the efficiency of the team, if I could give more than 5 stars I would!! Thank you so much all!

This company was absolutely fantastic. I 100% recommend TD Removals. Tracy was extremely helpful when I initially enquired about their services. She was very kind and appeared to genuinely care about our moving dates and not taking deposit money until the time was right. I felt confident booking and I felt able to email many times with various concerns and queries because Tracy was easy to communicate with. The moving Team where outstanding! They picked up a sofa for me at the start of the day from a family member and then came to my home to commence the move (this was done swiftly with no fuss at all). I felt as if they moved the items as if they were their own, not a single item was damaged or forgotten. The 2 gents who moved us placed each item into the correct rooms and were conscious enough to lay the living room out in a way that allowed us to sit down and chill right away without navigating around boxes. I was not worried about personal possessions going on their vans, the guys truly worked with integrity and care. The team were very relaxed which made me feel super chilled, it really was quick and easy. I will be forever grateful to this team and will be sure to use them again if I ever need to move. It is hard to find a company that works with the customers needs in mind, it is usually money that leads the way but this company and individuals truly work with the customers needs at the forefront of their minds. I wish I could remember names but some time has passed since the move and so much has happened so their names have escaped me but they were 10/10, they made us feel happy, calm and we deeply appreciate their hardwork and support they gave us on our moving day.
