This is very much a small family firm and all the better for that. Daniel and the men were hardworking , careful , polite and punctual. Tracy was delightful and helpful in facilitating the move at a very difficult period ie immediately before Virus " lock down" . I offer therefore some hopefully constructive comments which should be taken in the light of the forgoing The firm is obviously very busy and Tracy in particular would appear to work all hours . That scenario can lead to direct customer support relying a little too heavily on emails and phone calls risking both sides making differing assumptions about what is to happen , when and how.. That aside a really good positive experience

We found Tracey to be very professional and helpful, she answered all our questions and queries, to our satisfaction. We were in a position we did not know if we were going into storage or the property, we had to make a very late decision so we could give Tracey a clear view of what her work force were doing. We thought we had quite a big problem on removal day, but Daniel told us not to worry and it will be ok. ( I have to say this problem was nothing whatsoever to do with TD Removals). Daniel was right, he and Owen went out of their way to ease our anxiety and had the solution. Both Daniel and Owen did not stop, all day, we left a town house; to going an hour up the road to a three bedroom semi detached. They were clean; tidy; took care with our property and we did not have any mishaps. Those men really worked hard all day. We apologise for not writing a review earlier, we did not have telephone or wifi till 2nd week in December, we have been so busy with house time has just runaway with us. But we would have no hesitation in recommending TD Removals.
