Great source of ideas for cooking. We are good in the kitchen and cook most dishes without help. We don't us recipes most of the time. SK often gives us very good tips and education. I think the prices might be high but sometimes the product is so special that price considerations go away. Also, SK is one of the best of the food journalism category.

I'm a pretty cynical shopper, but Southern Kitchen really did right by me. The first thing that caught my eye was the low prices and nice promotions that Southern Kitchen had on really good cookware. I was a little wary, assuming that there had to be SOME downside. As it happens, there were a few hiccups in completing my orders. I found myself thinking "I figured that was too good to be true." But that's when Southern Kitchen's fantastic customer service came into play. They were great at communicating with me and helping to resolve the issues, and they let me know that one of the items I had ordered was on backorder. They apologized for that, and they gave me a nice promotional code for my next order. As things stand now, both orders worked out in the end: I have two exquisite, heirloom-quality pieces of cookware that I will cherish for years and a great respect for this highly ethical, customer-focused company.
