Terrible Service & Lack of Transparency – Avoid! I have had an incredibly frustrating experience with Fusion. Despite multiple requests, they have failed to provide a proper transaction statement from the Stripe payment gateway, instead sending incomplete and misleading reports. They claim data protection prevents them from sharing spreadsheets, yet they have previously sent similar files via WhatsApp. Their excuses are inconsistent, and their lack of transparency raises serious concerns. To make matters worse, my business payouts have been withheld for over a month, causing major financial disruption. Repeated follow-ups have led nowhere, and they ignore clear requests for accurate financial data. If you value honest service, timely payments, and clear communication, I strongly advise against using Fusion. Avoid at all costs!
