Scammers! Scammers! Scammers! Please do not buy from jeweleryroom unless you want to be ripped off! The goods I received were totally sub standard and I’ve gotten better products from a Christmas cracker! I’m still waiting on a diamond ring that I purchased in January… it’s now April. No customer service whatsoever! This is not an American company like it states. All my packages came from Hong Kong. Shame on you Jeweleryroom!! 😡

Beware of this scam site. If and when they ship an order it is absolute crap, falls apart on 1st wear. Other times they dont even bother to ship and ignore all attempts to contact them. They claim to be a USA site but are based in Hong Kong Do not use this site

Received all three items that I won. GOLD, pffttt! a photo copy of gold is more the result. The three pendants I received could be at the bottom of of a candy box. Totally useless, the gold is so thin that the eyelets are crused and unusable, the face of the panther pendant are also crushed as they looked having been punched by a prize fighter. The jeweller I contacted to see if anything could be done to repair told me a serious NOPE! NEVER will I bid on that site. Hong Kong sellers, nice job! You can only screw me once. Too bad, it used to be a reputable site until it got taken over by one time scammers! $580 Canadian down the hole!

My experience with Jewelry Room has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I ordered items in November as Christmas gifts, but the package I received contained the wrong items entirely. The package was addressed to me, and the tracking number matched the one on my account. However, the items inside were for a charity event in Washington, for someone with the same first name as me. Hi Hannah, apparently we sent a wrong package to you. The items were for a charity event next week in Washington. If you can help us send it to them immediately, it will be appreciated. Be happy to give you a $150 coupon to spend on our site and of course the postage price. Please kindy help us as the charity event is really meaningful! Best Regards Sophia… Adding to the frustration, I paid $60.33 in duties and taxes upon delivery, only to find out the package wasn’t even mine. It was also almost a $200 order. I was then asked to remail the package to the correct recipient, with the promise of reimbursement for postage and a $150 PayPal refund as compensation. While I mailed the package back, it became clear that the company used me to avoid import fees, as the return label created in fedex showed it the label was first made to their address in Hong Kong then deleted and replaced with the Washington address which upon googling was another branch of their website. After returning their items, the communication stopped entirely. I reached out multiple times to inquire about my actual order, the reimbursement of my $60.33, and the promised $150 coupon, but received no response. It’s been over a month since this ordeal began. I had to escalate the issue through PayPal just to try and recover my money, which I did end up getting the duties and fees back and a bit of the $150 promised. I inquired again two days ago about my actual order and still have not received a response. This whole situation has left me feeling scammed and incredibly disappointed, especially during a financially challenging holiday season. I was relying on my order for Christmas gifts, but instead, I’ve been left out of pocket and without the items I purchased. As well, on the site when I set my max bid I never exceeded $16. However some of the items I won says I bid $26. I wrote this off as a mistake on my end and paid for the items. However after all of this I don’t think it was a mistake on my end. I wouldn’t recommend shopping with JewelryRoom unless you’re prepared for potential mishandling, lack of communication, (unless they want something) and additional financial stress. This was a terrible experience, and I’ll never shop with them again.

I really love Jewelryroom.com. I have had so much fun purchasing jewelry from them. I have multiple purchases thru them and have only had one issue they resolved very quickly...which is more than I can say from some other online sites I've had the displeasure of dealing with. I intent to continue being their customer and hope others have as good an experience as I have had.

I have been purchasing items from here for about a year. Once, what I bid on was not received. I received a similar item, which was fine. The issue was resolved. Great customer service and I am please with everything that I have purchased. I would definitely recommend this website.
