Shane's an amazing person! I originally thought my battery had a problem but, come to find out, it was my alternator. I've never needed a tow before so I didn't know what to expect, but Shane did his best to try and help out. From finding out how much the alternator was gonna cost me to finding me a good towing company, Shane definitely went above and beyond to make sure that I was good. Really appreciated it!!
