I feel desappointed

I was so exited, but when I received my order.. I felt a little disappointed. the quality is very cheap and doesn't. look like the foto's... I literally feel that I don't want the order anymore...

Made very welcome right from the start

Made very welcome right from the start, was very nervous after bad experience at another shop that morning. I was quickly put at ease with the warm friendly atmosphere and the lady who served me very quickly grasped what Suited me. The shop is amazingly clean and tidy and all staff are friendly causing a relaxed atmosphere. I will definitely be back and will recommend to everyone, thank you so much.

Once again, excellent service from Catwalk. If ever I have a query they always reply on the same day and try to sort it for me. I have placed many orders with them for my shop. Deliveries all arrive quickly and as described on their site. Reliable service and excellent quality clothing. Would highly recommend!

Highly annoyed placed order on the 2nd…

Highly annoyed placed order on the 2nd june expected delivery next day as stated on the website. But not received so giving them the benefit of the doubt as it was weekend expected items by Monday Tuesday the latest. We'll still 10 days and nothing poor working tracking details provided by FedEx and it shows that parcel was only collected from wholesalers on the 6th. Tracking stops there though with no further updates. Have been waiting in more than a week. Email received after enquiries on missing parcel. Now they claiming FedEx made 2 attempts to deliver and asking me to pay for delivery again if I still want my order? I am not at fault and no offer of compensation. Update 12 June. Email response saying that I missed cut of time for next day delivery. Although this was not clear. Order placed on Friday 2nd so if not processed until Mon 5th and collected from wholesaler on the 6th then the very latest my parcel should have arrived allowing for any delay is on Thurs 8th. Tracking provided does not show anything besides pick up from depot. Claiming to send screenshots from courier which were blank png files. You have my contact details and mobile number provided for couriers on order also. Not happy I been patient and then made to feel like I am at fault, alleging courier has made 2 attempts and no proof provided. Asking me to check my address details are correct. Which they are. I have had no other issues with business arriving at my address. If FedEx are at fault then they are costing you business with inadequate tracking. Update 13th. I have now received a refund for this order, which I chose not to continue as I can not rely on FedEx and correct address and mobile number provided. They have not communicated they were unable to find address, if they actually did indeed attempt delivery as the tracking stops at collection from the depot and does not show courier anywhere near my address. Hopefully Catwalk consider a more reliable courier, thankyou for a timely refund.
