When I ordered the product the delivery stated within 4 days. Within less than one day of receiving my order Mantastore emailed me to say the delivery was delayed by several days and offered me full refund if I wanted to cancel order because of the delay in delivery. I did not cancel and the product arrived only a couple of days later. Great communication from Mantastore and very fair and honest. From my experience I recommend them. Mike Williams
