These guys are really great they keep you informed with times and let you know if they are running late or early. They recently tidied my 95 year mother’s garden and did a great job. It was more than they expected due but did not charge her anymore and they checked with me before doing more than my photos showed. Renee in the office keeps in contact and is very thorough. Excellent Customer Service. They communicated quickly and effectively within hours of initial contact. Clear and transparent over pricing. Arranged a time/day that worked for me and were well ahead of the scheduled time slot on the day itself, with plenty of advanced warning that they were en route. They did a great job and left both front and back clean and tidy. Would definitely use this company again as severe injuries meant that they had to sort out almost five-months of gardening and they did so quickly and effectively. Both front and back look far more colourful, and my six-year-old daughter gave it a double thumbs up!

I arranged some garden clearance through Two Lions. The process for booking the job was easy (mostly done via WhatsApp). Nikolay and Stan arrived at the agreed time. We went through all the jobs I wanted to have done. Nikolay gave me some helpful suggestions as well and they were both very professional and worked fast. I’m happy with the end result and will be using Two Lions in the future.

I had a disappointing experience with Two Lions 11 Ltd, which I feel compelled to share. After paying £65 for an inspection and receiving a quote for rendering works, I agreed to proceed with the job on April 26th. However, I received no further communication from the company until I reached out on May 8th, only to be told to wait longer. This pattern repeated when I followed up again on May 21st. Finally, after an email and a message sent on FB messenger was ignored, I lost confidence in the company to carry out the work. Frustrated by the lack of progress and communication, I requested a refund for the initial survey, believing the company had no intention of completing the work. My request was flatly refused, with the company stating they are not obligated to provide a refund or a timeline for when the work could begin. When I mentioned that I would leave an honest review of my experience, I was threatened with legal action, instead of the company acknowledging their subpar performance. For future reference, I advise 2 Lions 11 Ltd to improve their customer communication. It's unreasonable to expect customers to constantly chase for updates and then be met with vague responses and threats of legal action. This experience has been very disappointing, and I cannot recommend this company based on their service and handling of my situation.
