Without sounding offensive and with all due respect, I have asked why I should be rating a service I am yet to receive? Isn't it deceptive?

The CPOA questions are repetitive, written in poor English and are not clear. The quality is very ok, but the delivery should be improved please.

Great CCBA training, it provides lectures with skilled and very experienced practicioners, an abundance of high quality learning materials, Q&A sessions and much more - everything you need to pass CCBA. The exam is still ahead of me, but thanks to Adaptive I feel I have all I need on this path to certification. Highly recommended!!!

The self study program is awful. The quizzes have extensive grammatical errors. The videos consist of the instructor basically just reading the study guide. When I complained about this they tried to upsell me and convince me to spend more money and enroll in a more expensive class.
