I had my cart loaded with contact lens…
I had my cart loaded with contact lens and never placed the order. Company sent me an email to complete my order with free shipping. Long story short, the website didn’t work and called customer service as referenced in email. 45 mins later they finally validated the free shipping, but changed my product that was more costly and no auto reordering as originally ordered. Appears customer service there has no authority to take care of the customer or the desire to take care of the customer per their own offers.

Deceptive Reordering Triggered By Clicking on Email
Erroneous order created after click link on email. I did not agree to reorder the lenses. I only clicked on an email link. That was sufficient to place the order. What's worse is that I was taken to an order page even though the order was placed.
