Although the delivery of the online purchase and the products were all fine, when it comes to the return it was a very poor experience. Following the process described, I emailed them to initiate a return. They have not gotten back to me at all. Trying to call the phone number on their website returns busy all the time. Finally I managed to process the return by going into a phyiscal store, although I haven't yet gotten the refund. Update: It seems their returns email consistently goes to spam (while other emails from PB doesn't). It'd be good for them to fix this issue.
