Ordered a pair of boots, received it 2 days later. I found it odd since the package was very light, opened it and only found a box with crumpled paper inside. Contacted customer service and they investigated the matter and they assured me the boots were checked and packaged as per their cctv footage. They stated their packaging is secure and could not be tampered with. I asked for their cctv footage but they would not provide it due to data protection. I wasn't asking for a refund, all I was asking was that they deliver my boots. Customer Support's tone was even quite offensive, somehow insinuating that I was to blame for this while I wasn't even asking for a refund. All I was asking for was they delivery my boots as per my order. Now they say the matter is closed and wont be sending me a replacement pair or a refund. I spent 80 Euros and all I received was an empty box with crumpled paper. I will never order anything from this store again. They are certified scammers. -Nivas Kumar

The brand offers no customer care or work ethic. Shop Staff will tell customer anything to get a sale even if it's clearly against their own policy. They then refuse to honor their word. No point escalating the issue any further as neither Damien, the shop manager in Carrick on Shannon, or Seamie , the Area Manager, do not care.
