Item was great quality however it took 2 weeks from purchase to when posted. 3.5 weeks to arrive.

You have not refunded my order even though I cancelled before shipping. No will respond to emails or answer the phone.

I ordered a limited edition bat, entered my credit card details, submitted the order and it was accepted by Smashing Frog. 5 Days later I had an email saying it wasn't in stock and I had to submit my bank details for a refund. If it's not in stock don't put on the website. How can you accept an order that has zero stock? Useless service.

Received my bat beautifully presented and and in reasonable time. Look forward to smashing with the Smashing Frog 😊
