Average product.
I was a little disappointed in the product quality upon delivery It was such a thin flimsy piece of wood; barely 1/4" thick. The engraved design was just as ordered and very well done however. I had to frame the plaque to give it some weight so it would hang nicely.

Plaque for a donated painting
The plaque effectively gives title to the painting concept as well as recognition to the painter and is beautiful to showcase in our building. I would not hesitate to recommend your services to others.

The product is fine, the system is poor
We ordered some name tags for the employees at our business. The tags themselves are fine - sufficient quality for a low price, and they arrived quickly. The ordering system, however, left quite a lot to be desired. Placing an order through their website proved literally impossible, and I was directed to call the company. The person on the phone then had me email them the order, so including failed attempts, I essentially had to order 4 times to place one actual order. Also, they used a different logo than the logo I had sent them. The logo they used is very similar to ours, but from a separate branch of our business, and so I failed to notice the error in the proof they sent me. Because I approved the proof, I had to accept the tags as they were, but it definitely left a bad taste because, as I said, I never sent them the logo they used, and don't know where they got it from. Overall, the nametags are acceptable and cheap, but their website, and staff are pretty dismal.

Good looking plaque and good service at a good price.
It was easy to design the plaque on the website and the proof was emailed to us in a short time...very satisfied.
