I ordered the foundation nearly 4 months ago and have yet to receive it. I have emailed them multiple times, I have messaged them on instagram and Facebook and I have no received one reply. A very disgraceful service. Such a pity as I loved their foundation.

Sent me the wrong order. Emailed them 3 times. Still no response from them in the last 2 weeks.

Excellent products, value and service

Amazing value with the buy one get one free on foundations. I am set for the year!! Took a gamble with various shades but it paid off as they are buildable. Lovely coverage on all four types especially loving the half measure in creme brulee. Gorgeous long lasting pigment on both the palettes and lip glosses. I am not normally a blush wearer but loving the full house palette. My only gripe is that the pipette for the illumination base does not have good suction, however I can work around this. Got a lovely face mask also and blender for free which I have not yet used. I'm now a Carter beauty convert.
