Too slow delivering product! Have not received my purchase in 10 days. Very disappointing.

My package was thrown over the side gate by delivery person, my eyeshadow smashed

Product seems nice but purchase was made during a buy one get one free offer but only one item arrived.

So I ordered when there was a promotion on : buy one get one free. I received my order- but not the free items. I have contacted CB a few times to no avail. Very disappointed.

I purchased Miracle Measure Youth Boost Foundation for a change, I chose shortbread shade as this is the shade I always buy in the Full measure range. I was disappointed I would much prefer the Full Measure Hd Foundation. Firstly the shades are completely different, coverage was not easy, I had to apply more than usual which made it feel very dry on my skin. I like to apply foundation quick and go but using this product was time consuming, maybe a different shade would do but its very hard to find a chemist or shop that supplies this makeup, I always got from penneys and they no longer stock so I had to purchase online. I will stick to whst I trust best!

Never any trouble with my orders, they do not take long to come and are wrapped up really well so no damage occurs. Love this brand.
