No update emails just a confirm one and a rate one , no tracking number and won’t allow me to log back in with my email to check on my delivery. Love the product but delivery & website aren’t the best

I love everything I have gotten from Carter Beauty so far, it is really good quality and very affordable. I would highly recommend to everyone. My only slight negative would be I feel a lot of foundation gets wasted in the container, would be great if it was like others where the bottom lifts as you pump out product. (This is probably a more expensive packaging which would push the price of the product up.)

Bought the smooth nude eyeshadow palette because the colours are beautiful and match up great. But the kick back from the eyeshadows has turned me off using them. There is more eyeshadow under my eyes than on them after blending. Is this just me??

Love the makeup from this brand that I have tried so far, but do have one issue- the packaging. I had bought both the concealer (several times) and the primer and although I love the products, I really feel the packaging lets it down substantially. The branding/ colours etc, are great but the quality of the lids on the bottles is where I think improvement is needed. Within the first 3 uses, the bottle on every one broke. I honestly don’t think I was being forceful, but the concealers, the cap which closes the bottle began to crack and in all cracked the full way around. On the primer, the squidgy dropper part of the lid broke off. I’ve been keeping the bottles in zip lock bags to try and prevent them from spilling and ruining other makeup but I’m also concerned the makeup will dry up due to the poor packaging. I haven’t wanted to be negative on my comment as I really think your makeup is wonderful and so affordable, but if the lids on packaging could be improved that would be fantastic.
