I ordered foundation and it was buy one get one free and I only received one which was very disappointing.

Great range of products for an amazing price. Their lipsticks are extremely pigmented and don't dry out the lips at all. I recently bought the brush set and it did not disappoint. The purple looks lovely on my vanity and the brushes are very soft. The foundation brush alone is a game changer. Great present, especially for someone starting out or revamping their make up collection.

Make up quality and colour fab. But the containers for the foundation and primer ect are 110% a disaster. The suck thing doesnt half work or stop works. The hole on the foundation bottle too small to get out. Turn them upside down only way. Plus even when the are half working, you cant put them in a travel bag as they get blocked up. But fab colour and texture

Delivery was fast, but the package was torn when I recieved and the boxs were broken and torn so I couldnt give as presents.

I had some difficulty at first with delivery of my item. It was no fault of Carter Beauty at all. I contacted them to see if they could help me locate my order. I honestly can't thank them enough for their excellent Customer service. They were so quick at replying and were so understanding. A week and a half later the delivery service contacted me to say they had my order but by that time Carter Beauty had already posted me a replacement pallet, another pallet and a lovely note apologising for the inconvenience... 👋👋⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Xx
