My package went missing with An post, when the package finally arrived the boxes were damaged (I wouldn't mind if the stuff was for myself but they were purchased as Christmas presents). It was a pity they had not been better wrapped. The staff in Carter Beauty were so helpful and efficient in locating the package.

Love the products. I started using after following Fiona Morgan Coleman. She made it look so easy. Never go without. Love the half measure foundation. So light feeling when on.

I was so disappointed with the customer service team. I had bought covert concealer and the lid broke which in turn ended up drying out and I had to throw in the bin. I contacted the team but they wouldn't do anything without proof of purchase which I searched high up and low down for but for some reason it didn't show up in my mails. The customer service team said they would look in to it but I have never heard back from them this was the 5th August. I am so disappointed and I wasn't trying to pull a fast 1 I was just hoping that I could have got a replacement lid for the concealer but I had to throw out a full bottle. This will definitely deter me from ever buying from Carter Beauty again. Such a disappointment and especially when we are all trying to support local and Irish I these extremely difficult time.
