I used the online company because id seen an advertisement on the t.v for compensation claims and id been in a situation a couple of days before id seen it on t.v. I contacted the company and a representative come to see me in Leeds to asses my injury and see how it occurred. I was then told to send off pictures of my injury aswel as sending off signed paperwork which the solicitor had made very easy to understand what i had to do and did contact me on a regular basis to see how i was getting on.
