Terrible Support

I contacted this company on chat to try to get a demo. The representative was very rude to me. He basically told me if I do not have 15,000 dollars, don't even bother. I asked for a corporate contact to talk to. Rep told me it would just ring to him so I had NO way to make a complaint or contact the company. TERRIBLE support experience and I would warn EVERY small and medium business, they truly sound to me like they have no respect for you. They don't care about the small fish.
