The Importance of Customer Service
So disappointed with the customer service and the not so reliable advice via email communications. Before we placed our order we emailed your company for an estimate of delivery and was told if we place our order on the day it will take up to 5-6 weeks. Order was placed on 21/06/2017 so coming up to 5 weeks later we emailed your team asking what is happening. Your team responded saying that our will arrive into your warehouse next week (meaning last week of July) with a delivery date mid August! So I rang your customer service line to explain the situation as we bought the bed based on the fact that you will have delivered by 6 weeks at the latest. Your agent was unhelpful, rude and didn’t care about my complaint. I asked her well then what is the process for cancelling my order, without skipping a beat she said that is fine and is happy to arrange for the refund to our credit card. Shocked I said to her she was unhelpful and that I will put in a complaint to your head office. She still didn’t care and just said so do you still want to keep the order, I said yes and she said well she cannot confirm when we will get it cause it’s up to the delivery company as they don’t normally deliver to Scotland? I asked her what do you mean your company don’t normally deliver to Scotland, it’s not like it’s the other side of the world its part of the UK. She then said well she does not speak for the delivery company as they are separate to your company and that she can put in our order as urgent but can’t guarantee that we will even get it in mid August! After reading all the not so good feedback from TrustPilot you can see that it’s down to your customer services team letting your branding down. Can you please answer me these questions: Why is it that your company rarely delivers to Scotland is that a fact and do you have stats to prove this? Who monitors your calls? As mentioned when we call your help line that calls are recorded – please pull this call and tell me if you think I was treated fairly as a customer who has spent over £1000 on an order? Delivery charges – why is that for someone who pays for £1000+ for an order still has to pay for the delivery? Why does your company have only one Delivery Company, which from the sounds of my call – you have to work around them and not the other way? Also will be tweeting this to all my customers to retweet to their friends and family. Regards
Very Impressed with LivingItUp
LivingItUp could not have been better. Having initially purchased the Super King Arthur Tall Bed I discovered my measuring wasn't up to scratch and there was no way i could have fitted the headboard through my entrance hall. Gave them a call and they were more than happy to help me out despite the fact it was my mistake, I changed my order to a king size Zach and they offered me a refund on the remaining balance however I decided to pay a bit more to add the Finn sofa in a complementing colour/fabric (also some scatter cushions to tie it all together). Now I have two beautiful pieces in my bedroom, both of which are extremely well made and look stunning. From the girls I spoke to in the office to the guys delivering the furniture the service has been superb, will definitely be using them again and would highly recommend them to new customers.

Easy ordering process, I was kept up to date with the progress of my order, delivery was arranged for my convenience and to top it perfectly the delivery guys were courteous, helpful, careful and took all the packaging away. Perfect.

Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish. The whole process was a breeze; from ordering through to having my bed delivered and assembled (by very friendly, efficient delivery men) . My bed is beautiful; I LOVE it! I would recommend Living it Up, without hesitation or reservation, and will certainly use them again.
Fabulous Elise Bed & Orianna Ottoman
I ordered the Elise short storage bed and Orianna ottoman which arrived today and they're both stunning! I'm so delighted with them - the fabric (Scintillant Bronze) is gorgeous. The 2 delivery guys were brilliant - helpful, friendly, very clean and tidy. Great service and they even built the bed for me!
