I ordered my bed back in 2017 and we are moving house in 2020, our removal company lost the screws for the bed. They dispatched the screws instantly via next day DPD. This is why you buy from companies like livingitup. very impressed.

Great quality furniture and friendly service

I've ordered from Living It Up multiple times as they offer lovely, good quality furniture in a range of styles I haven't seen elsewhere and the best choice of fabrics. Service is really friendly and the Living It Up team have always helped me with queries and changes to my orders with great patience - I'd go back again and again.

Above and beyond, amazing service.

Absolutely above and beyond customer service. My sofa was an inch too long for the lift in my new build. They rearranged delivery, with 4 men who carried it up to the 15th floor. They are literally my heroes. Would recommend to everyone. And the sofa is utterly gorgeous.

Love my Sofa

Received the Isabelle Sectional Sofa in Flint Grey after a delay and I am so pleased with it. It’s well made and the material is exactly what I chose from the comprehensive choice of colours and textures on offer. The fact there was such a wide choice in both style and fabric, not to mention the ease of requesting samples which were sent quickly, were the deciding factors in choosing Living It Up for my sofa and I haven’t been disappointed. After having ordered, and had delivered, a variety of furniture from other companies for my home recently the customer service and delivery team at LIU stands out as being one of the better ones. Calls are answered promptly from the customer service team who are friendly, polite, informative and helpful. Though it was disappointing when delivery was delayed the team explained the situation and it was eventually sorted. The delivery guys did a great job of manoeuvring the sofa around my narrow hall, which I am always anxious about, hence why I ordered a sectional sofa. They were pleasant, friendly and efficient and left my sofa unwrapped and in place. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again.

Worth the wait 🌟 I can’t explain the quality of this bed. It is beautiful and elegant but at the same time so well made and sturdy it’s almost industrial. The attention to detail is second to none. Even the center rail in the storage area is trimmed to the same standard as the exterior with the same material. Money well spent, a true investment that will last a lifetime. Highly recommend. I will now be looking to purchase my new sofa from “Living It Up” I’m so impressed with the standard of their products, their customer service and their delivery service. A special shout out to their delivery/assembly team. They were not just brilliant at what they do they were super helpful, went out of their way to be accommodating and were friendly and respectful.

The installation crew were brilliant BUT........

The installation crew were brilliant! The rest of the Experience was rubbish, communication was awful just awful. Also even though your website said you were working and delivering as normal, and to expect the delivery 4 to 6 weeks, it took over 10 weeks, and again no notification to let us know this. Also I found the man on the end of the phone not interested and generally unhelpful.

Fantastic service and great quality

Fantastic service from ordering, to up dates on the order to delivery and installation. The delivery men were friendly, tidy and put the bed together. The bed it's self is beautiful and great quality. Would 100% recommend
