I ordered clothing which was damaged on arrival and the wrong size. I contacted their customer service and they are ignoring my emails. Do not buy from this company the quality of the garments is so poor.

This company is ridiculous. I have paid over $50 for a shirt that is not worth a dollar. The quality is horrible, the seams are terrible, and the fabric is cheaper than the dollar tree tablecloths. The awful customer service keeps asking for more measurements and making excuses for why the previous ones I have sent, won't work... This is the worst experience I have ever had with any online retailer.

This is a spam website. I ordered a supposedly $56 dollar casual woman’s shirt and it is less quality than a plastic shirt from SHEIN. It is barely worth $3, not even close to $55. This is absolutely a spam site; I have no idea how it got good reviews here.

Tartan Vibes will not accept a return, even if I paid the shipping! The shirt sizing chart is misleading. It shows the measurements of the shirt, not the size that fits your measurements. Their large shirt's chest size measures 44" but if your chest is 44" you need an XL.

This is a scam website and I’ve reported them to my bank and the FBI. They’re advertising on the website is not what you will receive. Their items are extremely low quality. They are NOT located in Europe. I asked for a refund and they agreed to it but refused to provide me with what I needed to facilitate the refund and then just stopped responded to my emails when I tried to find a resolution for sending me the wrong item and the item I received was not as advertised . And they told me to ship the item to: Willy Smith 1, TM.26 Street 1, Phuoc Long B, District 9 Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh, 71210, Vietnam +84 963588235 This is not a business and is not in Europe. This is a scam!

I expected better quality. Returning it would be very expensive. So I took the option of keeping the item and getting a 30% refund

The shipment took an exceptionally long time direct from China. The sizing chart was inaccurate and I am not impressed with the quality of the items. The refund policy is not good. Very dissappointed that Trustpilot gave this company a high score. I would not have purchased from them if the review was more accurate. Will not be shopping Tartanvibes again.

I ordered a shirt from them using their sizing chart. The shirt wouldn’t even button on me and the sleeves were way too tight. I asked them to refund my money. They made me send them 3 sets of pictures and finally they determined that they sent me the correct size. They said they would give me $30 to go towards a larger size. I paid $57.99 for this shirt. I will never order from them again! Buyer beware!

We ordered a cap and 1) the “universal size is for a tiny person, and 2) it was sewn lopsided. The company offered a 70% refund once it is shipped back to CHINA. DO MOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.
