Absolutely fuming with this company! Money grabbers! So the first 3 months I got told I have to pay £96, £80 for my creditors and £16 for debt compare fees 3 months down the line they havnt contacted any of my creditors I’ve paid £288 to this company I thought was helping me to be told that the first 3 payments go to them to set everything up so I’ve paid £288 to them for them to do nothing!! Then to be told after the 3 months I will start paying £40 to my creditors and £40 going to debt compare? How is that helping me out if my debt if anything that’s putting me in more debt as I’m thinking I’m getting sorted and I’m not I’ve got company’s ringing and sending me letters because they’ve Not received any payments or any news on my accounts? Absolute joke in my opinion they act all nice on the phone when really all they want is your money I am livid! They are saying I can’t have my money back!! I’ve now gone through step change who advised me to make a formal complaint and get my Money back as they don’t charge fees!

I have had Abdul and Osman help me out massively. I suffer from bad mental health and these 2 guys have treated me with the upmost respect and treated me like I was normal. There customer services levels should be a training manual to the whole of call centres across the country they where amazing,.knowledgeable, friendly, honest and caring I cant stop saying how great they are and the company in general..if these guys are and 11 out of 10 then the rest of company must be great. Massively highly a million per cent recommend. Awesome!!!!!

Abdul is a very helpful and very easy to understand person who is dealing with my case. Very friendly and easy to talk. Explains things to me in a way that I can understand and if need be he explains again until I’m fully confident in what I’m dealing with.

Debt compare have been brilliant. The best thing they have done is put Tierney on my account. She is a star! I can get a bit flustered when something goes wrong but she always puts my mind at ease and helps me to see there is a way forward and gets everything in place for me. Give that girl a pay rise! Tierney has been very helpful and has sorted and put my request in place, the rest of the team are jokers, especially Abdul, who doesn’t really help you much or even get back to you, if you ever wanna speak to someone always ask for Tierney as she’s very understanding and will help you the way you need.
