I have never seen a dating site like this in my entire life.

Have been member for longtime on and off . The only complain . I have is you are calling this site muslima.com but actually there are lots of muslim women not dress up properly at the same time there are lots of women who are not muslims .

This site is a fraud. DO NOT JOIN or pay them for a membership. Most of the profiles are fake and there are several users who are probably paid employees of this company.

This app is just wonderful.

This website is entirely set up to profit from people. I’ve selected and paid for one week membership thinking that it’s a one-off payment, but not realising that they manually were taking money out from my account without my knowledge. When I realised after reviewing my bank statement, I emailed the support team they keep sending me the same email over and over to refuse the refund of the rest of the other 3 times I was charged without my knowledge. I’ve asked to speak to a supervisor and I haven’t heard back from them.

Do not USE Muslima Matrimonial website as they do NOT delete your personal data when you ask them to delete your profile. They retain your data and DO NOT delete it which is ILLEGAL under the data protection law. If you want to protect yourself and your data DO NOT USE MUSLIMA as they retain and pass on your data/photos to other organisations and it's NOT DELETED! Use another trusted Organisation instead even if you have to pay they will charge you less than these guys too!
