Despite the first order being delayed due to damage in transit, the second order all went to plan. The staff are excellent, the Bench was great and now in place in memory of my wonderful Father.

Great product, I bought pub style benches in black and unless you are very close up the finish looks like painted wood. Not that the finish is not perfectly nice in any case. Also great communication via the online chat system when I needed to confirm delivery.

Received my order yesterday in boxes that looked as though they'd been steam-rollered, and with labels on them stating "delivery to Engol public toilets" in large letters, right next to the labels with my name and address on. On three separate boxes. Sorry I can't upload a photo, it has to be seen to be believed. When I asked for an explanation, I was told that the "warehouse had attached the wrong labels to the box in error". So, what? They put 'public toilets' labels on next to my address labels, and didn't notice them? Or they put the 'public toilet' labels on first, and instead of covering them with my address labels, put my address labels alongside them? Sounds like incompetence or indifference, I'm not sure which puts this company in a better light.

Captains two seater bench … A bit of a struggle to line all the screw fixing points, got there in the end and seat looks solid and safe. Back support struts out of line and not central so aesthetically not good on the eye. Customer services very helpful and offered several options as a solution. Overall very disappointed in what looked to be a quality product.
