I bought a 40l Sublimation oven and its fantastic, rang them up today just for a bit of advice re the timer if it was in seconds or minutes and they went above and beyond to the point of ringing me back and also to email the instruction book. One of the best sublimation suppliers in the UK In my business I don’t want to be the cheapest as to be the cheapest you have to use the cheapest everything But my business focuses on providing high quality products that will last not 6 months not 2 years by atleast 10 years and for the aluminium photo panels etc we guarentee them for atleast 40 years I think it’s important we create a line between other suppliers and nova chrome as other suppliers sell the cheapest novachrome wants and will always sell the best Every time I print on a slate or a mug it really screams quality They usually answer within 10 seconds of calling and they will throw a line down to technical support if you need to speak to them about anything sublimation related weather it’s times and temps or how to sublimate aluminium correctly Even though I run my entire business from my back garden shed they have looked after me and make sure I am up to speed with my equipment and print techniques etc

Orders arrive fine, even though they are more expensive than anyone else. The biggest issue though is their pressing times are incorrect resulting in poor quality prints. EG. Glass clocks say 160c at 170s, everyone else says 190c at 180s and the difference by using what everyone else says is night and day. Disappointed i wasted product following their instructions.
