Top class from start to finish. From initial contact with Jack to receiving the goods, not an issue. The quality is brilliant, pricing and communication are spot on and an all round class service. We have several different designs, colours sizes etc and can get quite confusing, our first order came with no missing sizes, colours etc. Can 100% recommend GG and they have found themselves a new customer.

Garment Giants were incredibly helpful from the off, they were happy to share all sorts of information and answered all questions I had which was so useful. Especially as this was my first experience with them. They were happy for me to make small adaptations, when I made little errors (like the PNG files for example) that needed adapting and they didn't kick up a fuss. The prices were very affordable, and having such a wide range of colours was lovely. Once in production, only took two days to arrive to me which blew me away. Prints came out great and myself and my customers loved the products.

The effort that goes into the prints is unreal, top class service and always deliver on time, very reasonably priced too.

Communication with the garment giants team is also alway speedy and they are easy to speak too. Placed an order and communicated with GG on designs & placement, were quick to respond with this and promised a 2 day turnaround time which was fantastic. After missing deadline due to bank holiday communication was slow to the point of being nonexistent. The only way I could get in touch was by calling the owner of the company directly which I had to do multiple times. Multiple expectations for delivery dates and proofs set but fell through every time. Once the stock arrived 2 weeks after the order was placed, the print was below par on quality. Returned stock for a full refund.

I emailed GarmentGiants with an idea and a budget; through their expertise, knowledge and communication we were able to decide on and create our very first T-shirt (@feetupbench on IG). I'm so happy to have discovered the guys of Garment Giants and print the t-shirts for my merch with them. Thanks to the videos and pictures that they post (daily) on TikTok and Instagram I had the chance to check the quality of their prints and also navigate through the possibilites available (DTG, DTF, etc.).
