Bestilte varer og betalte de samme dag den 22.06.19 uten å høre mer fra dem. 23.07 kontaktet dem, og de sa at det ble sendt samme dag. Fikk fake sporingsnummer med Swiss post uten at varen er funnet :/ For par dagen siden fikk en e-post hvor det står at varen er sendt #3 uten sporingsnummer, men med en advarsel hvis varene blir ikke hentet i tiden blir jeg belastet for retur. Tviler på at jeg få varene :((((

I have tried to order from Swedishface once before a few years ago. Unfortunately, due to too long delivery time, I had to cancel my order in its entirety. This time, after a quick search online, I found that the skin products I wanted to buy were cheapest to buy from their website, so I did. The delivery took longer than promised: the products arrived within a 7-10 days from having placed the order. However, I was absolutely stunned to see that on one of the products that I had ordered, the seal was broken on its packaging, meaning there was no guarantee that it was fresh/new and unused. Unfortunately, this leaves me with an even worse impression than what I had of this website from my first attempt to order something from them a few years back. Extremely unprofessional. In addition to all this, based on the unprofessional manner in which the company replies to its customers' feedback, I just don't have the strength nor the time to complain. Most of the company's replies I have read to the negative feedback, show severe signs of lack of responsibility that a provider of products and services should show his/her customers. A simple apology without pointing blame on other parties goes a long way. Humility towards your paying customers is a sign of respect, not weakness.
