Busbooking.dk seemed helpful when wanting to book a service but very bad when we needed their customer service! I booked a pickup service from Kolding Station to Kolding Youth Hostel for Sunday 25 June 2023. I specifically asked for contact details for the bus company and for busbooking.dk (phone numbers) in case we would incur delays, however, were only provided a phone number with a recorded message when we needed to contact the company, we were not given the contact details of the actual driver. On the day of travel, we had a train cancelled and would arrive late at Kolding, and without the phone number of the driver it was impossible to call the bus driver and advise them of the delay. Instead the bus driver called me (he had been given my contact details) after pickup time. This was surprising as I had provided the train details of our connection, and the driver should have checked the train and called us the moment the train showed up as cancelled! The driver was not able to provide a number for me to call somebody at the bus company, and said he would wait at Kolding Station. Shortly afterwards the bus driver called again and said that he was leaving and there would be no bus for us when we arrived. We had thus paid for a service that was not delivered, and we had no way of contacting the bus company or busbooking.dk (the busbooking.dk number only took me to a phone answering service advising office opening hours Monday to Friday), I notice that busbooking.dk in their response below claims that calling their number outside business hours would forward the caller to their 24/7 emergency service, however, this is NOT TRUE. The recorded message, in Danish only, does refer to a number to call but unless you speak Danish (I do not), it is impossible to decipher the number and you are certainly not forwarded when calling their office number. (I just tried to call the office number at midnight in Denmark and verified the statement above). After the event we have tried to obtain a refund from busbooking.dk as they failed to provide proper contact details and also as they failed to deliver the service we paid for, however, busbooking.dk has refused to refund the service not delivered and basically blames us for being delayed and provide UNTRUE statements about calls to their office phone outside business hours being forwarded to their 24/7 emergency number. For me this is very bad Customer Service, and my recommendation is to stay away from busbooking.dk - if you need to book a bus, contact a bus company directly and ensure you get valid contact details in case of a delay.

Our bus was on time both ways. We had trouble getting to our destination, as the suggested route (Google maps) included a bridge that was too low for the bus to pass under, but the driver was very patient and in good spirit. A very nice service and professional drivers!

Ankom til tiden hele vejen igennem. hjælpsom da vi havde brug for at flytte afhentnings lokationen. kan varmt anbefales.

Vi havde den bedste dag med vores Buschauffør Kim. Det gjorde bare hele forskellen for at vi havde den bedste polterabend at det var fleksibelt og nemt at kommer rundt en hel dag. Tim var helt vildt hjælpsom under planlægningen så vi kunne få lige den type bus vi havde brugfor.

Vi havde booket bus frem og tilbage fra Årslev til Valdemar slot. Turen derned var forrygende men hjem turen var under al kritik Buschaufføren havde fået en forkert adresse og vi ventede 1,5 time på retur bussen og måtte gå glip af Thomas Helmig til koncerten- en kombination af at TH var forsinket og vi skulle nå en bestilt bus! Dette resulterede i overtrætte børn og gæster med skavanker måtte gå langt osv Træls slutning på et ellers vellykket arrangement. Forventer ikke at skulle betale fuld pris!

Hurtig og nem bestilling, også super kundeservice, da jeg havde lavet en fejl. ''det fikser vi da bare lige'' var svaret. Det var torsdag eftermiddag, jeg bestilte en bus til mandag morgen, så fedt at de er klar på så kort varsel. Ville dog ønske, at der havde været noget info på hvilket selskab vi kørte med, samt et nr. direkte til chaufføren, jeg kunne ringe til, hvis der var udfordringer på dage.
