This site is great. Cheerful and involved administration and moderators. I used to earn a lot on v.1, and earned about $120 worth of coins on v.2 before pretty much giving it up. I even spent some time as a member of their moderating team and loved the people I was working with. However, it's not without its problems. I decided to give it up because I felt as if the issues I was having weren't being taken seriously. I withdrew 10,000 coins to Swap.gg for about 80 euros of credit, and the code didn't work when I tried to redeem it-- I'd done this many times before and have never had a problem redeeming codes on Swap.gg. I made a support ticket with CollectSkins of course, detailing my issues with the code, and explained to the site owner what was going on. He responded to me with what I suspect is bullsh!t: he apparently contacted somebody at Swap.gg and was told that the funds from the code had been added to my account when I tried to redeem the code. Wrong! They hadn't. There's no way Jacknus was able to reach out to Swap.gg and get this information in as little time as he did, too-- he was able to tell me this within an hour or two. I understand that he must be wary of people trying to double-claim codes, but as an active site user and somebody who worked for him, I feel that he should have tried a little harder and been a little more trusting. I was surprised he took this shortcut and didn't make time to ensure everything was right. I decided not to pursue it because I'm moving on in life and won't be playing CS:GO much more, but it was still disappointing to have 80 euros go to waste because of a faulty voucher code. In the end, it's just 80 euros that I would have spent on nothing but a video game, and maybe it's a good thing that code didn't work for the sake of my productivity and time management. I ended up thanking the support team for their time and letting them close the ticket because I didn't think it would be worth my energy to continue fighting them over it. All that aside, the site is easily the best out there for earning free skins-- it's got an active developer who's constantly adding games, site aesthetics, and improving the site's mechanics, and there's a wide selection of offerwalls to earn from. The new CollectSkins (v.2) is still relatively new, so we can only expect it to get better with time as they work out wrinkles and push more updates. I'm excited to see where the site goes and I hope people have a better experience with the site than I did. Anyway, I'm writing this review to warn others of my experience. You would most likely be fine using this site, but be prepared to take an occasional loss due to the owners' overall skepticism and experience with people who want to take advantage of them. Cheers, Stinky EDIT: My apologies for being skeptical of the owner’s response indicating he had reached out to the Swap.gg owner. It is now clear that it did in fact happen. Sites like those are often difficult to contact and I’m impressed with Swap.gg. I’m changing my review from one to three stars. The site administration has reached out to me and offered to look into the issue again, but I don’t believe anything will come of it— If my phantom money was supposedly in my swap.gg balance at some point, there’s likely nothing I can do. As mentioned before, I’m not sure this is worth my time. I will answer questions but not lead the charge on this issue.

This site is actually very good,first i was thinking that is fake and stuff,then i saw that it is actually REALLY easy to make skins tho i just started 3 days ago i got myself 2 skins already and i really love it,ty for the person/persons who made this :3 you really made the day of a csgo player
