I received a Diploma by RPL in Jan/Feb 2023, my VET transcript is yet to be updated as of June 2024. I have completed and have ongoing studies with private RTOs (outside of Skills Certified) in which commenced/completed after my Diploma and already reflect on my VET transcript. Skills Certified have been completely unhelpful and have actually copped a bit of attitude when following up, I find it unprofessional and am now looking to take the matter out of their hands, it feels like a backyard dodgy job. It is also a bit embarrassing because I have referred 4 colleagues who have been asking me when their VET transcript will be updated. I am paying Skills Certified for a service and one would think they should be quick to act on my concerns, however they are not.

My personal facilitator was always available to give feedback and guidance on the subject matter to ensure a smooth journey, Dannielle was great!
