I'm a mature aged student, this was my 2nd Diploma, this one in Mental Health and 1st time using Skills. From my initial enquiry to onboardiing it was very smooth & RPL work history was welcomed. During study they were supportive, quickly answered questions in plain English & without judgement. They also prompt with time frame, and were most helpful and patient, I have a really busy work and family life. Their online system s easy to navigate using Dropbox, it was a great experience, highly recommended getting a qualification through Skills Certified.

The team were very help and driving to reach your end gold. Life through a few curve balls during my certificate process the crew were there for you to help in my end gold. Thanks to Tenzin I would of never made it.
