Be careful! They will take your money. When the applicant can not provide all the required documentation they asked specially the reference letter from the previous employer they won’t give you any leniency of returning any amount of money that was being paid. I lost $2220 in this company. Due to my previous managers that won’t gave me any reference letter since they’re very nosy and racist I didn’t able to obtain any reference letter that I needed to proceed the application with this guys. The people in the office that will take your call they’re arrogant and rude. Poor costumer service! I sent an email to this skills certified Australia asking for leniency since it wasn’t my fault and wasn’t expected that my previous employer won’t grant me any reference letter. Skills certified Australia won’t reply any emails at all.
