I could not recommend The Little Gem enough, Lou and James are incredible, friendly and very patient. They made our beautiful wedding rings exactly how we had imagined them and they are out of this world. They then helped me personally with my engagement ring and completely remade it bespoke to me. It is beautiful and more then I could have wanted. They are engraving our rings and polishing my engagement ring free of charge nearer to our wedding, which is such a personal touch to their service and we are very touched by it. They are also far far cheaper then the big jewellery chain stores which me and my partner would have never guessed, so we are over the moon we found you. I recently took my wife’s engagement ring to The Little Gem for repair. James and Lou advised me of other options for which I am really grateful. The ring has been redesigned using the original stones. James kept me up to date throughout the process. My wife is very happy with the new design.
