The process to book the sampling was easy and efficient and the site visit was all done within 2 weeks of our initial contact, which suited our timescale. On the day, Kaine and a colleague arrived as arranged and set about extracting the core samples and patching up where they had been working. So far, so good. They labelled everything and completed their paperwork ensuring everything was logged and properly audited. The estimated timescale for results was 6-8 weeks and they arrived within that time. The report provided was very comprehensive from the laboratory in London that conducted the analysis and Kaine's associated interpretation, explanation and conclusions.
