The hearing test was quick and efficient and all was explained thoroughly. Great service

The audiologist who gave me my hearing test explained things simply and clearly. Gave me hearing aids and demonstrated the difference with and without them he also showed me my test results on a graph. The cost of hearing aids with Pride hearing seem to be very reasonable.

I booked in for an appointment and it was cancelled just a few hours before with no explanation at all. The worst part was I had 4 phone calls 6 text messages one at 3am that woke me up! And 6 emails to remind me of my appointment, you don’t mind being reminded but this was a massive over kill especially the 4 calls all while I was at work! Very disappointed and I would not recommend on the above I can’t comment on the treatment.
