Ordered online and delivered within three days. No fuss.

Delivery was the issue. The web site said 1 to 2 working days but as soon as the order was placed and paid for online I got an e mail saying it would now be 2 to 3 days. It was ordered first thing Monday and arrived mid morning Thursday, which was OK but not what was offered. The bigger worry for me was the health and safety issue - the product 2500 x 300 x 35mm weighed 66kg so anyone might reasonably expect that to arrive on a pallet delivered kerbside by a hiab crane, but it wasn't. It came strapped to a pallet at the top of a stack of other deliveries and around shoulder height of the driver when he stood on the lorry bedplate to untie it, so maybe 2.5 to 3m above pavement level and we had to catch this as it was tipped off the side of the pile down to us. I wonder what your RAMS for offloading such an item expecting the customer to do it from your vehicle says??? It was dangerous and ridiculous - I am 69 and luckily had 2 big builders here to help me

Order on a Monday delivered on Wednesday super quick

I spoke to real people to sort out questions, without waiting for ages as on some phone lines. They were quick and very efficient, so I had no problems thanks to them. The handrailing and posts are doing an excellent job and look great!
