Fantastic service and delivery

They delivered 4 items instead of 5 and when I called to tell them I was told 'there was nothing they could do and that I had taken too long to let them know'. The terms and conditions say 30 days and I called after 20. I was forced to pay for another item which was promised next day, turns out delivery is now 5 days later. The staff over the phone were uninterested in helping us out even though we have spent a lot with them over the years. Will look elsewhere
