I had an issue with a unit I purchased over a year ago. I emailed my problem and they promptly replied. They asked me to send in my old device to trouble shoot the issues I was having and replaced the entire unit. Very impressed! I will continue to support this company.

Only on day 3 so still worth using. The toothpaste doesn’t foam so I don’t feel like I get a whole mouth clean.
