My order was delayed due to it being marked as fraud, I had to send a picture of my ID and card, then when I received my items the package was ripped and I am missing one of the toothpastes and teeth whitening strips.

I use the snow whitening toothbrush, toothpaste, whitening booster gel and mouthwash. I will never go back to regular toothpaste!!

I purchased the product in December through Amazon, to save it for spring time before a wedding. Upon opening the package last week, the mouthpiece was damaged and the unit did not turn on. When I called, Regina was very helpful and sent a replacement to me. There were several follow-up emails that were well written, and excellent follow through. I haven’t use the product yet, but I am very impressed with the customer service and support.
